Fabric & upcycling tips

Recommended fabrics:

  • Choose a lightweight, non-fluid fabric (50-150 g/m²), such as cotton poplin, linen, or eyelet embroidery.

Ideas for creating a top using upcycling:

  • This design allows you to showcase old embroideries. You can play with their placement thanks to the different inserts.
  • It can be made from a doily or a vintage embroidered tablecloth requiring small pieces of fabric.
  • For the lining, you can use a light white sheet, which will bring comfort to the room.
