1 - The Maeli sewing loyalty program
The principle is simple: you complete missions (which we offer you) and you accumulate loyalty points.
The points accumulated can be converted into exclusive rewards.
Here are the different rewards available:

Each reward is applicable to a single order. Once used, the corresponding points are deducted… but you can start accumulating them again as many times as you like.
🕒 Points are valid for 90 days : after that, they expire automatically.

2 - How to earn points?
To fully benefit from the loyalty program, you simply need to complete missions.
Some are (almost) automatic, while others are designed to showcase your creativity and thank you for contributing to our adventure.

Some missions have specific criteria that must be met to be validated; you will find this detailed information directly on the mission sheet.
To better understand, let's take two concrete examples: "publish an Instagram post" and "leave a Google review".
How do I complete Instagram tasks?
1. Connect your Instagram account
If you haven't already done so, log in to your Maeli loyalty account , open an Instagram mission and click on “ Connect your account ” .
Warning: to participate in this type of mission, your account must be in public mode.
2. Choose and carry out the mission
Select the task that interests you, for example here: “Publish an Instagram post”.
Publish your content on Instagram while respecting the guidelines (hashtags, mentions, etc.).
👉 Note: You can post on Instagram before or after clicking on the mission in your loyalty account. In other words, if you've recently posted something that meets the criteria, you can go to the program and complete the mission. The program will recognize your post.
3. Comply with the stated criteria
Make sure your post meets all the criteria and guidelines to ensure it is easily detected. These are usually detailed in the mission description (hashtag, identification, etc.).
In this example, all you need to do is make a post mentioning our account Maéli (@Maeli) and add the #maeliparis to your post.
4. Validate the mission in your Maeli loyalty account
Once your content is published, return to the mission page and click on “ Validate mission ” .
This will allow us to receive a notification to check your post and validate the mission.
5. Validation of the mission by our team
Your points do not appear immediately on your loyalty account; it takes between 1 and 4 days for validation to be completed.
Each post is manually checked and validated by our team to ensure that it meets the criteria.
⚠️ If your post does not meet the required criteria (e.g., misspelled hashtag, accent in “maeli”, no tagging...), it will not be detected by the program .
How to validate the mission of the Google review
Sharing your experience with our patterns, kits, fabrics, or sewing workshops is a real boost for us. Here's how to do it step by step:
1. Select the mission “Leave a Google review”
From your loyalty account, click on the "Leave a Google review" mission. It couldn't be simpler.
2. Leave your review on Google
To leave a review, you need to find our listing on Google. Enter "Maeli Paris atelier" in your search bar.
Once you are on the Google listing linked to our office and sewing workshop in Bordeaux, simply click on “Reviews” to access the reviews page.
Finally, add your review by clicking on “Add a review” and describe your experience.

3. Validate the mission in your Maéli loyalty account
Copy and paste the link to your review into the provided field, then click on “validate the mission”.
Your points will then appear in your loyalty account within a few minutes.
3 - I have enough points, how do I convert them into rewards?

Once you have completed your missions and accumulated your points, it's time to turn them into rewards .

How do I activate a reward?

Go to the “ How to use your points? ” tab of your loyalty account.

Select the desired reward (based on available points).

Click on “Exchange”
A unique code will be generated. It is valid for 90 days . After this period, it will expire and the points will not be credited back.
⚠️ Once a reward has been activated, it is not possible to go back.
4 - Refer your friends: 10% for them… and for you!
Sewing is even more beautiful when it's shared. That's why we've added a referral option to our loyalty program .
In your loyalty account, you will find a section dedicated to referrals, with two options:

A referral link to share with your loved ones.

Sending a referral code directly to your friend's email inbox , simply by entering their email address.
When your godchild places their first order, they will get a 10% discount … and so will you!
5 - Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions
You may sometimes have questions regarding the validation of a mission. Here are some pointers to help you:
“I can’t complete a mission”

Please ensure that you have accepted all the terms and conditions of the mission.

Make sure you have followed each step indicated on the mission sheet.

You may have already completed this mission. Reminder: each mission can only be completed once.
“My Instagram post wasn’t taken into account.”
Several possible reasons:

The hashtags used do not exactly match those requested (pay attention to accents and variations between missions).

You may have forgotten to identify our Maéli account in the image (and not just in the description).

Is your Instagram account set to public ? If not, we cannot see your post and the mission cannot be validated.
“I can’t see my points or rewards”
Don't panic if your points don't appear immediately, it's probably because:

There is a slight delay. It is common for your points to be credited within a few minutes to 4 days.

Check that everything is filled out correctly, make sure you've posted on the right account, met all the criteria (hashtags, tagging, public posting), and validated the mission from your loyalty account. If any of these elements are missing, the system cannot record your points.
