You will need to complete:

• Sewing in knitwear
• Ruffles on the long sleeves (optional)
• The installation of clamping slides
• Gusset sewing

• Main fabric:
  ‣ 125 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 34-38
  ‣ 130 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 40-42
  ‣ 145 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 44-48
  ‣ 150 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 50-52
• Bi-stretch fabric:
  ‣ 40 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 34-42
  ‣ 45 cm x 140 cm width for sizes 44 to 52
• Cotton fabric:

Recommended fabrics:

• Opt for stretchy knits such as cotton jersey, viscose jersey, tencel or ribbed knit (200 to 250 g/m²), ideally containing 5 to 8% elastane.
• For the bodysuit version, opt for a bi-stretch material for the panties for added comfort.

Ideas for creating a bodysuit/undershirt using upcycling:

• The undershirt version can be made from a knit dress. But be careful, the fabric should ideally contain between 5% and 8% elastane.
• It is possible to create a patchwork of stitches (maintaining a relatively similar elasticity between the stitches) to make a unique undershirt.
• Finishing touches such as collars and cuffs can be made from your scraps of jersey or ribbed knit fabric.
