Obtaining spare parts

If you need spare parts for your repair, we likely have everything you need in stock. As part of our zero-waste approach, we don't send any extra buttons or materials when you buy our clothes. Instead, we send you what you need, when you need it. This could be matching thread, labels, or even fabric scraps if a mending is required.

Giving a second life

We invite you to discover upcycling and give your clothes a second life. Many tutorials are available online for transforming your old clothes. Feel free to check out our blog or download our guide to getting started with upcycling here. If you'd like advice on your upcycling project, don't hesitate to contact us.

NOT ALL GOOD THINGS HAVE TO END.

Despite our best efforts, all our clothes will eventually reach a point where you no longer want, need, or use them. They may be completely worn out, or perhaps they no longer suit your tastes or body shape. What's important is that they aren't wasted. All clothes, regardless of their condition, have value. Send us your old clothes so we can give them a second life. Because all good things don't come to an end.

Send us an email at bonjour@maeliparis.com , we'll send you a return label, and you can send your Maéli garment back to us. Your clothes get a new life through resale (second-hand), upcycling, or recycling (they will be transformed back into fibers and used to make new sweatshirts without producing new materials).
